How RedHouse Lending communicates with you, and the choices you have.

Channels. We communicate by phone, email, text, mail, video call, and in person. Some messages go out on more than one channel. Communications are confidential and intended only for you or the people you've authorized to act for you.

Consent. Submitting a form on our site is your agreement to service communications about your inquiry and loan. Marketing communications require a separate, optional consent that is never a condition of a loan. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.

Identification. Every message from a loan officer identifies the loan officer, RedHouse Lending, and the NMLS IDs, as state law requires.

Recording. Calls to and from our tracking numbers may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and compliance. You'll hear a notice at the start; tell us if you'd rather not be recorded.

Quiet hours. No marketing calls or texts before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. in your time zone.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us at (866) 722-4282 or support@redhouselending.com. We honor opt-outs within ten business days and immediately where our systems allow. Service messages about an active loan continue unless you tell us to stop those too.

Email security. We'll never ask you to change wiring instructions by email. If you receive an email about wiring funds, call your title company or loan officer at a number you already have before acting.

Accessibility. If you need communications in another format or language, tell your loan officer. Spanish-language support is provided where available.
