Who it's for

Buyers of higher-priced homes, common in Bozeman, Big Sky, Whitefish, and parts of Colorado Springs.

How it works

  1. Jumbo loans are not sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, so each investor sets its own guidelines.
  2. Expect closer scrutiny of reserves, credit, and appraisal; we may order two appraisals on larger amounts.

What you'll need

  • Larger cash reserves after closing
  • Full income documentation
  • Strong credit

Common questions

What is the conforming limit?

It changes every year and by county. Ask your loan officer for the current limit where you're buying.

By design this page shows no rates, APRs, payments, or down-payment percentages. Those figures are only published with the full disclosure block required by Regulation Z.
