CHFA Down Payment Assistance Grant

A grant toward down payment and closing costs that does not have to be repaid.

CHFA Second Mortgage Loan

A larger deferred second loan for down payment and closing costs, repaid when the first mortgage is paid off, refinanced, or the home is sold.
